First ever ‘Pants Bond’ offers investors a chance to tackle poverty

With funding for social enterprises drying up amid budget cuts, a UK based organisation has decided to issue new 'pants' bonds to raise working capital to fund its growth.

Social enterprise group Pants to Poverty – which was established as part of the Make Poverty History Campaign – has launched a new Pants Bond which will provide the working capital to fuel its growth as a champion of ethical fashion.
