- Employee benefits are supposed to be a competitive differentiator
- Entice the best by demonstrating your commitment to the wellbeing of each individual
- Private medical insurance isn’t the most straightforward and cost-effective approach
By offering PMI to your employees, you’re showing them that you support them beyond government-provided healthcare. You’re giving them and their family members peace of mind.
All of that sounds great but the reality is something quite different unfortunately, usually because of the trajectory of the insurance policies.
