Woonstad Rotterdam selects financial information system CODA Financials from Unit 4 Agresso

Woonstad Rotterdam, one of the top five housing associations in the Netherlands, has selected the financial information system from CODA, part of Unit 4 Agresso. CODA Financials enables Woonstad Rotterdam to administrate its finances even more efficiently and the housing association now has a solution for the entire financial cycle within the organisation including liabilities, (financial) project and assets administration. .

Woonstad Rotterdam was looking for a flexible finance system to generate user-friendly reports. Prior to the implementation of CODA Financials, the organisation did not have a central system to streamline all financial activities which meant that most actions took longer to complete and cost more than necessary. Using CODA Financials Woonstad Rotterdam employees can request and download information at any point in time. In addition, the system offers full transparency which assists with financial information disclosure requirements.

CODA offers financial software solutions to a variety of sectors and sizes of organisation. The solutions are easy to integrate with a business’s other applications and can be readily adjusted post implementation to accommodate changes such as a merger or acquisition, a reorganisation or new legislative or regulatory requirements such as IFRS. 

Its years of experience in the housing sector gave CODA a head start in the selection process.
