Nick Beighton, who joined the nightclub operator last year from Matalan, will substantially reduce staff levels by consolidating finance into one office and removing duplicated processes.
Luminars finance department currently numbers about 100 people.
When Beighton joined, finance was split between offices in Preston and Milton Keynes.
