In our continuing series to help finance directors tackle the recession, we have a series of presentations from a recent Association of Corporate Treasurers seminar on handling working capital.
The ACT recently ran a seminar examining working capital in Manchester, with another conference coming up in Reading. Five of the expert participants gave their views on how to handle a working capital crunch and what to look out for.
