• BA(Hons) European Business Studies from Chilterns University College, Buckinghamshire and Universidad de Deusto, Spain
• Studied and passed the Business Valuation BV201 –204 study modules from the American Society of Appraisers.

Previous Experience:

• Tutor at Manchester University for students on Accountancy and Finance degree courses
• Valuation Consultant for various companies including Lease Valuation International, London and Bison Finance sro, Czech Republic
• Financial Valuation Group Manager at American Appraisal (UK) Limited: valuing business enterprises and intangible assets, including trademarks, patents, computer software, non-compete covenants, know-how, workforces and goodwill. Involvement in the development of arm’s-length licensing agreement royalty rates for transfer pricing purposes. Primarily clients included many US Fortune 500, government and other Blue Chip clients. Valuation carried out for purposes including merger and acquisition, allocation of purchase price, impairment, taxation and disposition on the bases of US, UK and International accounting standards.

Experience at Brand Finance:

• She has also been involved with a number of valuation projects and has worked across a range of sectors including retailing, oil & gas services, leisure, over-the-counter healthcare, engineering and local government departments.
