Mick Davies, Associate Partner, KPMG
Mick is an Associate Partner based in KPMG's Manchester audit practice, working with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to FTSE 100 businesses – these include large multi-location audits for both private and public listed companies, reporting under both UK GAAP and IFRS.
He previously worked in KPMG's London-based Travel, Leisure and Tourism team, where he developed extensive sector expertise. He works with a number of travel and holiday companies, as well as airlines and other aviation businesses and is a member of the firm's global aviation team.
His recent clients include the Co-operative Group, Manchester Airport, Jet2.com, TUI Travel Plc, Servisair, Odeon Cinemas and Moneysupermarket.com Plc.
Mick has extensive transaction services experience, including IPO and other public transactions, including due diligence, working capital and financial assistance.
